Dr. Corine Creech is a board-certified podiatric surgeon at Inova Fairfax Medical Center . She specializes in surgical intervention of the foot and ankle, with a wide range of interests including correction of bunions and hammertoes, tendon disorder repair, complex deformity correction, Charcot reconstruction, limb salvage, trauma care, arthritis prevention and repair, and total ankle replacement.
Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Creech completed her podiatric medical education at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed her residency training at Temple University Hospital, a large, inner-city Level 1 Trauma Center, where she underwent extensive training in foot and ankle surgery and reconstruction.
Dr. Creech is a national and international lecturer on minimally invasive surgical solutions for bunions and hammertoes, Achilles damage and trauma, fractures, and arthritis. She has authored numerous textbook chapters and articles in peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Creech is passionate about education and research. She is a peer reviewer for the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the Journal of the American Podiatric Medicine Association. She serves on Inova Fairfax Medical Campus’s foot and ankle surgery residency training committee and as the program’s research director. She is the section chief at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus.
